The members of the California USBC Board of Directors and any California USBC Local Association may submit nominations for Meritorious Service.

ONLINE APPLICATION FORM

Qualifications for Meritorious Service shall include:

1. Participation, past or present, in certified bowling
2. Outstanding service in the promotion of bowling
3. Service to bowlers in the State of California
4. Leadership on a State, Local and/or National level​
5. *Recipient from California Women’s Bowling Association
