Any California resident or USBC member may submit nominations for this category. A person may make only one nomination annually.

ONLINE APPLICATION FORM

Requirements for nomination to the California USBC Hall of Fame for Professional Performance are as follows but not limited to:

1. A minimum of 15 years as a California USBC member (unless career has been interrupted or shortened due to illness or disability.
2. At least 45 years of age.
3. A minimum of 10 years as a PBA / PWBA member
4. A minimum of 1 National professional title or 5 Regional titles.
