Per USBC Rule 312 we are updating Tournament Rule 14: Entering averages. The reason for the change is that we should be taking the most current average for the youth. Since most centers did not bowl during the 2020-21 season, taking the 2019-20 average is a too far back.

REVISED ENTERING AVERAGE: USBC Rule 322b will be waived.
(a) Highest USBC certified average, minimum of 15 games for the 2021-22 season. If none,
(b) Highest USBC certified book average, minimum of 15 games for the 2019-20 AND 2020-21 season. If none,

(c) Highest USBC certified average as of the tournament date, minimum of 15 games (league sheets must be provided). If none,
(d) Enter at 200 – No league sheet necessary.
