IMPORTANT INFORMATION for 2024:
TEN AGE DIVISIONS: All qualifying will be scratch and will be based on the bowler’s birthdate:
Boys/Girls U8 Division: Birthdate is 8/1/2015 or later
Boys/Girls U10 Division: Birthdate is 8/1/2013 thru 7/31/15
Boys/Girls U12 Division: Birthdate is 8/1/2011 thru 7/31/13
Boys/Girls U15 Division: Birthdate is 8/1/2008 thru 7/31/11
Boys/Girls U18 Division: Birthdate is 8/1/2005 thru 7/31/08
Competition is open to all 2023-24 USBC Youth members that are currently bowling in a California USBC certified youth league and not under suspension. League substitutes are allowed to participate if it is their only California USBC certified youth league. ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED THROUGH CALIFORNIA USBC CERTIFIED LEAGUES. This tournament is a benefit of USBC membership – every youth bowler should be given their chance to participate. (Youth leagues must be USBC certified in order to participate).
LEAGUE LEVEL QUALIFYING:
OCTOBER 8-21, 2023
• All six age divisions can participate for FREE
• Direct entry into the District Finals for the U8 & U10 divisions
• 1:4 ratio to qualify from league level to State Finals for the U12, U15 & U18 divisions
• PEPSI PAPERWORK IS DUE DECEMBER 2 from Youth Program Directors to Pepsi District Directors

CALIFORNIA PEPSI STATE FINALS:

- Entry fee: $50 per person
- U12, U15 & U18 only
- 5 games total
- Scratch and Handicap Scholarships to be awarded
- Six FREE berths into the 2024 Junior Gold Championships (one per division)
- The six Champions will earn a travel stipend valued up to $500 for Junior Gold travel
- The six Champions will earn a Strike12Creations.com California jersey to wear at Junior Gold representing CA!!
Qualify into the DW CHALLENGE through PEPSI..
- District Finals U10 Champions (scratch) can earn a FREE entry through Pepsi (12 total)
- State Finals U12, U15 & U18 Champions (scratch) can earn a berth to the Semi-Finals through Pepsi (6 total)

No alternates and Semi-Finals entry fees are required.
FREE ENTRIES INTO THE 2024 YOUTH STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS
Champions from the U8 & U10 divisions at the District Finals (March) will earn a single entry ($80 value) into all four events of the California Youth State Championships to be held June 22-23 and June 29-30 at Oak Tree Lanes, Diamond Bar. In order to redeem this award, the winner must be entered with a full team of their choice and in all four events. This berth is applicable only to the four Champions (U8 & U10 Boys and Girls) in each district and will be voided if they cannot attend or do not enter with a full team entry ($320).
