The Senior Singles Tournament is open to all California USBC members at least 50 years of age at the time of participation in the tournament. The format is six games total + handicap. This tournament is held in a different location each year. Winners in set age classifications will automatically qualify to the USBC National Seniors Tournament. Entry for the national event will be paid by the CUSBC.

The CUSBC CYC has selected two youth bowlers for 2014. In the female category, MORGAN E. CUNNEEN of Vista, is a 17-year old certified youth league member at AMF Eagle Lanes, in San Marcos. TRE WEBBER is the 18-year old son of Troy and Tari Webber of Rohnert Park, California and is currently a Senior at Analy High School in Sebastopol. He has maintained a 3.28 GPA throughout his three years of high school and ranked 4th in his class of 284 students. Webber possesses many skills and qualities. He is mechanically inclined; has natural technical abilities; is meticulous, maintains strong work ethics, is self-motivated, conscientious, and has proven to be a strong problem solver in many areas. He is gifted with learning new technologies while working with his hands in many fields of woodworking, auto repair and computers, to name just a few, and has his goals set on furthering his education in one or more of these fields while in college. Tori Carter has been bowling since she was nine years old and won the New York State Jr Championship title when she was 15 years old. She lettered in high school in her sophomore year for bowling and has been an “All Star” since the 1980’s. She started bowling in the California State tournaments in 1982 and has excelled being on the winning Team in 1988, 1989 and 2001; she won the Doubles with her sister Robin in 1992 in Modesto and All Events in 2001.
