2007 Senior Singles

The Senior Singles Tournament is open to all female bowlers at least 55 years of age at the time of participation in the tournament. The format is six games total + handicap. This tournament is held in a different location each year. Winners in set age classifications will automatically qualify to the USBC National Seniors Tournament. Entry for the national event will be paid by the CUSBC.

2007 SoT WINNERS

2007 STAR OF TOMORROW WINNERS: ROSE BROWN and DOUG LAUER

ROSE LYNN BROWN of Modesto, is a senior at Grace M. Davis High School, Modesto, where she  maintains  a Cumulative Grade Point Average of 4.0, ranking 7th in her class of 603 students.  She has been a member of the California Scholarship Federation for four years.

Stephanie Steiner


Stephanie has promoted bowling from the time she entered her first bowling center in Palm Springs, CA in 1963. Once she learned the basics of bowling itself, she was hooked. Once the center and league bowlers saw her abilities of accounting, they snagged her up for league secretary. Once she graduated from Palm Springs High School in 1964, she became secretary of 5 bowling leagues. At the same time, she taught Physical Ed classes for Mrs. Marcia Stepp. She gave lectures, gave the tests, and gave out grades for Palm Springs High School. BVL 2006 REPORT

BVL Committee – The Bowlers to Veterans Link Hospitals and Presentations Report 

On behalf of the bowlers in California, the BVL Committee has donated the amount of $157,395 to the following Veterans Centers in California. A donation of $350 was made to the National BVL Program. The California BVL Fund has donated over $8,013,608.38 to our California Veterans.  We want to thank all of you for your continued support of the California BVL.
